Robot crankshaft shot blasting cleaning machine
This equipment is mainly used for shot blasting cleaning and strengthening of automotive engine crankshaft parts. After cleaning, the surface of the workpiece is free of sand and oxide scale, presenting a uniform metallic color, and the surface roughness reaches standard level one (Ra25 Ral2.5).
Simultaneously eliminating stress concentration improves the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the crankshaft. This machine is also suitable for cleaning other castings of the same specifications and models.
This equipment adopts industrial robots for loading and unloading, which improves the automation level of the equipment.
The crankshaft undergoes shot blasting while rotating horizontally, which changes the traditional shot blasting cleaning method (lifting the crankshaft and rotating it vertically for shot blasting) that may have defects in cleaning the dark side, resulting in a more uniform cleaning of the workpiece surface.
This machine is equipped with a feeding station and a shot blasting cleaning station, greatly improving the efficiency of shot blasting cleaning. The actual working efficiency is: 4 cylinder crankshafts ≥ 360 pieces/hour, 6 cylinder crankshafts ≥ 180 pieces/hour.
The use of four 22KW direct connected shot blasting machines provides effective guarantees for the high productivity and reliability of the equipment.
