The first double cantilever axis disc round wire shot blasting machine: The equipment adopts a unique "rotating gate+double cantilever convex concave eccentric shaft" to carry the disc round wire, realizing a dual station working mode, making the equipment economical and fast. The cantilever shaft is made of special alloy steel, and the wire undergoes a composite action of "up and down undulations+left and right swinging+forward and backward rotation" during shot blasting cleaning to achieve a thorough cleaning effect, replacing the traditional pickling process. The whole machine is intelligently controlled by PLC and visually monitored by HMI, making operation convenient and reliable.
