This machine adopts 24 directly connected shot blasting machines arranged around the workpiece; After the overhead crane loads the workpiece, the workpiece carrying trolley carries the workpiece at a constant speed through the shot blasting chamber to complete the surface cleaning of the workpiece; At the same time as automatic shot blasting, manual spraying and blowing of dust on the surface of local dead corners that do not meet quality requirements are carried out on both sides of the supplementary spraying chamber on the mobile lifting basket. To reduce the overall height of the equipment, secondary composite lifting technology is adopted; The whole machine has a high degree of automation, with multiple workpieces passing through and high cleaning efficiency
