Multi station automatic loading and unloading steel shot blasting cleaning machine
This machine adopts 4 direct connected shot blasting machines arranged around the workpiece; Manually hoist the steel sections (round tubes, square tubes) into bundles onto the upper material chain bed. The spreading device spreads out the workpieces and the chain bed transports them to the sorting station. The sorting device and the step-by-step action of the sorting chain bed place the workpieces one by one on the sorting chain bed. After the sorting is completed, the sorting chain bed lifts up as a whole and transports multiple workpieces together to the conveyor roller.
The whole machine has a high degree of automation, with multiple workpieces passing through and high cleaning efficiency
